FIRSTPoint is an invoicing software system typically used in a retail or service outlet, such as Garage or Fast Fit Service centre, but by no means limited to these. It will create your sales tickets (invoice) for your customers. You can send reminders for any service you provide.
FIRSTPoint will record the sales transactions of the items being purchased, services being provided, or a combination of both.
FIRSTPoint also has the option to record a job line and then to record the individual items (parts) you used for that particular job line.
It will also record any payments you receive. You can print a sales ticket using a thermal printer (80mm) or normal printer. You can send statements from within FIRSTPoint and maintain a customers account. Send reminders via SMS, Email or Letter.
